• The GT Atrium is currently not included in the campus space management system. To make a reservation, contact the GT Atrium team through the “Contact Us” form.
  • Submit your reservation at least five (5) business days before the event start date.
  • Your reservation is considered confirmed once you receive written confirmation. Confirmations will be sent via email within 48 business hours of receiving your request. Do not announce or publicize any event dates, times, or locations until you have received our official confirmation.
  • Reservations are granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Please bring your laptop along with any office and presentation materials needed.
  • High-speed, secure Wi-Fi access is available.
  • Basic AV equipment can be provided upon request—please specify when booking.
  • Free parking is available, including charging stations for electric vehicles.
  • Organizers are responsible for setting up and restoring the room to its original condition. All trash must be disposed of properly.
  • Events outside regular business hours will be evaluated individually based on their specific circumstances.
  • No alcohol is permitted on the premises.
  • Non-service animals and pets are not allowed. Service animals are defined as animals trained to perform tasks for individuals with disabilities. The service animal must always be under the control of its handler.
  • We do not offer on-site catering services. No food or drinks may be served in the GT Atrium without prior notice.
  • Neither the GT Atrium nor Georgia Institute of Technology is responsible for equipment or personal items left on-site. Items found will be stored on-site for 30 days. Please contact our staff for information about any lost items.
  • Any property damage must be reported right away and might result in charges.
